When you use our services, we cover against losses that arise from, theft from our servers, unauthorised access to our servers, lost or misplaced crypto caused by our system or from our negligence

Exception Clause:
We are not responsible for the following actions by users out of our control, including, but not limited to, Incorrect crypto address provided, Incorrect email address provided,  Early release of cryptocurrency initiated by the user, crypto payment with spoofed emails, and any other loss arising from users negligence

Globees Ex Exchange Terms and Conditions:

Direct Exchange

Globees Ex offers direct exchange service to all our users in Nigeria, Europe, and United Kingdom, that wants to send money to family or friends abroad. We do not charge any fee for a direct exchange and your transactions will be processed immediately. We make use of daily rates when you exchange fiat currency (GBP, NGN, EUR) and digital currency (BTC, USDT, ETH)
 

  1. Users can however, exchange fiat-to-fiat and have the money sent directly to their bank account in their preferred local currency. For instance, exchange of Naira to Pounds or Pounds to Naira

  2. Users can only sell crypto-to-fiat at an affordable rate. For instance, exchange of Tether (USDT) to Naira (N) or Bitcoin (BTC) to Pounds (£). Kindly download the app or reach out our live support on WhatsApp to get started

Payment Gateway

Globees Ex offers quick processing time that allows users to instantly exchange and send international transfers through our secured payment gateway. Users can make online payments, pay tuition fees, and transfer money to any institution abroad (pay for work visa), for instant confirmation
 
We will charge a standard service fee of 8% when you opt to use Globees Ex payment gateway to transfer money to any third-party company online. This will be included in the total estimates during the exchange. We make use of daily rates when you make use of our payment gateway. For instance, online transfers from Nigeria (NGN) to United Kingdom (GBP), Europe (EUR), Canada (CAD), and United States (USD)

Virtual Card (Debit)

Users can request a one-time virtual debit card for online payments and purchases only in the United Kingdom. We make use of daily rates and we will charge a standard service fee of 8% when you opt to use Globees Ex payment gateway to make payments and purchases online. For instance, a one-time payment for shopping or online purchases in the UK from Nigeria
 

Monetisation Terms:

The monetisation terms and conditions outlines the rules and agreements between the company and eligible creators regarding the use of the Creator Tool, and generation of revenue from the monetisation programme. This enables Globees Ex to place, use and repost Content/Ads in or around your qualifying content. You may earn the stipulated revenue from Contents/Ads delivered if the terms are met (at Globees Ex sole discretion)
