Globees Ex Referral Program Terms and Conditions:

Welcome to the Globees Ex Referral Program! By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Eligibility:

The referral program is open to all registered users of the Globees Ex app who meet the following criteria to earn reward points

• Must be 18 years or older

• Must have an active and verified Globees Ex account

 

Referred individuals ("Friends") must:

• Be new to Globees Ex and not have an existing account

• Complete the sign-up process and fulfil the applicable transaction and verification requirements outlined in the Program Terms

 

Reward Points & Bonuses: (Breakdown of how you earn points)

Onboarding Bonus:

• Earn 5000 points equivalent of £50 when you send up to £500 within a week of onboarding

KYC Verification Bonus:

• Signup and complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to get 500 points equivalent of £5 bonus

• Referred friends who complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process will receive an additional 500 points equivalent of £5

Weekly Exchange Bonus (Fiat):

• Earn 100 points equivalent of £1 when you send more than £100 in one transaction

• Earn these points when you exchange or swap fiat currencies (NGN, GBP, EUR, USD, CAD)

• Eligibility is calculated based on the total transaction value of at least £100 per transaction

Weekly Exchange Bonus (Crypto):

• Registered users get 150 points equivalent of £1.50 when you send more than £100 in a single crypto transaction

• Earn these points when you exchange cryptocurrency for cash (BTC, USDT, ETH)

• Eligibility is calculated based on the total transaction value of at least £100 each or accumulated up to £500 within a rolling 7-day period

Weekly Payment Bonus:

• Earn 100 points equivalent of £1 when you send more than £100 in a single transaction

• Earn these points when you use the payment gateway (money transfer portal) to send money abroad (GBP, EUR, USD, CAD)

• Eligibility is calculated based on the total transaction value of at least £100 per transaction

Referral Bonus:

• Invite a friend and you both get 1000 points equivalent of £10 when they send up to £100 in a single transaction

• Referring users and their referred friends will each receive £10 when the friend completes one transaction of at least £100

• Referred friends who complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process will receive an additional 500 points equivalent of £5

• The transaction must be completed within 7 days of the friend signing up and onboarding​

• Earn 200 reward points equivalent of £2 by leaving a review on Trustpilot

• Share your experience and unlock exclusive benefits

Here’s a breakdown of the terms for earning reward points with Globees Ex by leaving a Trustpilot review

Eligibility:

• Must be an active Globees Ex user with a registered account

• Only one review per user is eligible for reward points​

• The review must be submitted on TrustPilot using the account associated with your Globees Ex email

Review Quality:

• The review should be genuine, honest, and provide insights about your experience with Globees Ex services

• Spam or fake reviews will disqualify participants from receiving rewards

​

Reward Details:

• Registered users will receive a predetermined amount of reward points or bonuses upon verification of the review

• The specific value of the reward points or bonuses will be communicated in the promotion details

​

Verification Process:

• Globees Ex will verify the authenticity of the review before granting rewards

• This process may take up to 7 days after the review is submitted

Redemption:

• Reward points can be used within the Globees Ex platform for services, discounts, or other promotional offers as specified​

Additional Conditions:

• Globees Ex reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice

• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

Reward Distribution:

Rewards will be credited to the respective Globees Ex accounts within 7 business days after:

• The referring user qualifies for the weekly exchange bonus

• The referred friend’s qualifying transaction is successfully processed

• The referred friend completes the KYC verification​

Rewards are earned as points that's equivalent to £(GBP) and can be used for future transactions on the Globees Ex app

Calculated as: 100points = £1 GBP

 

Referral Program Limitations:

• Each referring user can refer up to 10 friends per calendar month

• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

• Rewards are capped at £50 per week for the weekly exchange bonus and £100 per calendar month for the referral program

• The program is available only for transactions completed within supported currencies, transaction period and jurisdictions

Fraudulent Activity and Abuse:

Globees Ex reserves the right to investigate any referral activity and may withhold or revoke rewards if fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of terms is detected

Examples of prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Creating fake accounts

• Self-referral

• Manipulating transaction values to qualify for rewards

​

Program Changes and Termination:

• Globees Ex reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice

• Changes to the program will be communicated via the app, website or email

​

General Terms:

• Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions

• These terms are governed by the laws of Globees Ex Services, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction
