Monetisation Terms

Globees Ex Monetisation Terms and Conditions:

The monetisation terms and conditions outlines the rules and agreements between the company and eligible creators regarding the use of the Creator Tool, and generation of revenue from the monetisation programme. This enables Globees Ex to place, use and repost Contents/Ads in or around your qualifying content. You may earn the stipulated amount on the monetisation package from the Ads, if the terms are met at Globees Ex sole discretion

The content creation refers to any advertisement or promotion (video ad and reels) that is placed on your Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter and YouTube Page or social account (specified in your "personal, business, professional, or creators account" or similar interface submitted to Globees Ex), and for which Globees Ex gets tagged on the Ad/Content that was posted by content creators using the Creator Tool

Acceptance of Terms:
By using the monetisation services provided by Globees Ex, users agree to comply with and be bound by these monetisation terms and conditions

Payment Structure:
Globees Ex may use tiered fee structure packages specific to each social media platform based on the creator's streaming and engagement volume, views, likes, comments, reposts and other criteria specified under the monetisation programme. We always make use of daily rates when making any payments

Payment and Withdrawals:
Creators will earn money through these monetisation features if you meet the thresholds and eligibility requirements. You will be paid instantly to the added payment information per social media streams and engagements (views, likes, reposts, and comments) on the content created strictly based on the terms and conditions. If you are eligible and meet the requirements, these payment may vary based on the packages of each social media platform outlined in the monetisation programme

Compliance and Regulatory Check:
Creators acknowledge that Globees Ex allocate resources and affiliate with credible identity verification service for compliance with regulatory requirements, including obtaining, valid IDs, licenses and complying with AML/KYC regulations subject to manual verification and approval by Globees Ex.
We kindly request that creators carefully read through the VerifyMe Policies before using the Platform. Please note that if you proceed to use the Globees Ex monetisation programme, it will deemed that you have provided your express consent to the terms of the Policy

Contents/Ads:
Creators content (e.g. videos, reels, stories or other media specified by Globees Ex) that complies with the Terms and Conditions in these Monetisation programme Terms, that is posted on any of the Globees Ex specified social media platforms or account owned and operated by you (as specified in your "personal, business, professional, or creators account" or similar interface submitted to Globees Ex) and for which Globees Ex is tagged whenever you use the Creator Tool and submit a Content/Ad
 
Creator (you or your):
Means the person or entity that authors or owns  and created the Content, or its authorised agent (as applicable)

Creator Tool: 
The Create Content is included in the “Creator Tool” which is governed by the Monetisation Terms of Globees Ex. Your use of the Creator Tool is considered to be part of your usage of the Globees Ex monetisation programme

Globees Ex (we, our or us):

  • Before we can pay you, you must successfully complete all programme onboarding and our payment enrolment process, pursuant to a timeline specified by us. Completion of the payment enrolment process within (1) one month after you've accepted these Terms is a condition of payment. If you do not complete the payment enrolment process within (1) one month after accepting these Terms, you forfeit and waive all rights to receive payment of any funds collected through the Creator Tool

  • No payment will be made for any Content that violates any of Globees Ex's Terms or Policies, including Content that is identified as potentially infringing the rights of any third party

  • If you choose to monetise your Contents/Ads to these Terms, information that identifies you (including things such as Creator name and username) and information about your Content (including things such as URL, followers count and views) may be shared with third parties, including advertisers and measurement partners, to provide them with, among other things, visibility into the Content by which the Ads exits and as well as the ability to prevent (or allow) unwanted Ads from appearing near your Contents/Ads

  • Your acceptance of these Terms does not guarantee access to the Creator Tool. Globees Ex reserves the right to provide or restrict your access to the Creator Tool at its sole discretion at any time. During any period in which you have access to the Creator Tool, incase of any violations. Globees Ex is not obligated to insert any Ads in your Content. Globees Ex and advertisers may block unwanted Ads in your Content for any or no reason, even if the Content otherwise complies with Globees Ex's terms or policies. You may be provided with an option to block specific advertisers of your choice, but you will otherwise not have control over the Ad content you have submitted through the Creator Tool

  • There are no representations, warranties or guarantees, express or implied, about how much or whether you will receive payment if your Content is monetised, if it does comply with Globees Ex Terms

  • You will only provide Content for which you own and/or control all rights (or have obtained all necessary licences/permissions to such rights), globally, including rights in any sound recordings or musical compositions included in the Content and any performers appearing in it, and your Content will not infringe the rights of any third parties

  • For any Content in which you trigger Ads using the Creator Tool and for which Globees Ex displays Ads, subject to and only in the event that you are in compliance in all respects with these Terms, Globees Ex will payout the amount as outlined in the package structure (defined above), as solely determined by Globees Ex, as set forth in the Creator Tool. You can incur charges and deductions for any fraud or other legal violations, violations of Globees Ex's terms or policies and any third-party cost implications (such as, but not limited to, payments to third-party rights holders in your Content), all as solely determined from Globees Ex's records and figures and regardless of whether incurred in connection with the specific Content/Ad or your other Contents submitted through the Creator Tool. Subject to these Terms and provided that you have accurately completed and timely provided to Globees Ex any forms or documentation that Globees Ex requests to set up your account for payment to you (payment information, ID verifications that you must provide accurate and up to date data) provided that you have the requisite authority to provide such information, payments will be made within approximately Fifteen (15) business days after the submission of your Contents/Ads using our Creator Tool. Globees Ex will not be responsible for any subsequent fees applied by your financial institution to complete payment to you. If you are acting as an agent (including, but not limited to, an agent or representative of a creator), you represent and warrant that you are authorised to provide the specific payment information which you give to Globees Ex and, where applicable, to receive payment from Globees Ex. Globees Ex is not responsible for, and will not adjudicate, any disputes between you and any other entity relating to the payment information that you provide to Globees Ex or the payment or any apportionment of the payment between you and any third party

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Globees Ex may display an ad at any insertion point, format or placement in your Content (or such format or placement specified by Globees Ex) in Globees Ex's discretion, unless you have indicated within the Creator Tool that you wish to opt out (if available) of any relevant feature with respect to an insertion point, format or placement

  • You will not, and will not authorise or encourage any third party to, directly or indirectly, generate viewers or generate impressions, click-throughs, conversions or other actions with respect to an Ad through any automated, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise invalid means, including through repeated manual clicks, the use of "robots (bots)" or other automated tools, or by payment of money, false representation, or any illegal or otherwise invalid means for end creators to take actions with respect to an Ad/Content

  • If you are using any of these features on behalf of a third party (including, but not limited to, as an agent or representative of a Creator), you represent and warrant that you have the authority as agent of such party to use such features on their behalf, agree to these Monetisation Terms and hereby bind such party to these Globees Ex Monetisation Terms. You agree to indemnify and hold Globees Ex harmless from any claims, suits, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses resulting from your breach of the Monetisation Terms. If you are accepting these Terms as a creator for your business, these Terms shall apply to Content on all Globees Ex platforms, accounts and profiles owned or operated by your business at the time of acceptance and thereafter

  • You will not issue or permit any other party to issue any press release or otherwise make any public statements or disclosures (including via online social media) regarding these Terms, the transactions contemplated by these Terms or consummated hereunder, or about the relationship of the parties without the prior written approval of Globees Ex

  • You may extend these Terms to any of your affiliates, subject to Globees Ex's prior written approval, in which case, you enter into these Monetisation Terms on behalf of yourself and such participating affiliates, you shall remain responsible for a breach of these Monetisation Terms by such affiliates, and references to "you" or "your" herein shall be interpreted as applying to such affiliates where applicable

  • You represent and warrant that, you have the full right and power to agree to these Monetisation Terms and to perform your obligations hereunder; and the performance of your obligations hereunder will not conflict with any obligations that you may have to any other party


Requirement Adjustments:
Globees Ex reserves the right to adjust its packages requirement structure, including payment schedule, at any time. Creators will be notified of any changes to the service through the platform

Creator's Responsibility:
Creators are responsible for understanding and reviewing the current payment structure, schedule and terms on the Globees Ex website. Continued use of the monetisation programme implies acceptance of any changes made to the payment structure and terms of usage

Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes related to payment and monetisation on Globees Ex will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution process outlined in the platform's terms of service

Compliance with Laws:
Creators must use Globees Ex's monetisation programme in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to taxation

Termination of Services:
Globees Ex reserves the right to terminate or suspend a creator's account or access to the monetisation programme for violations of these monetisation terms and conditions or other violations of the platform's policies

Governing Law:
These monetisation terms and conditions are governed by the laws guiding exchange businesses in Nigeria, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria

These Terms Supplement and amend the Terms of Service of Globees Ex (currently available at: Globees Ex Terms and Conditions)

In the event of an express conflict between the Monetisation Terms and the Terms of Globees Ex, these Terms shall govern solely your use of the creator tool and the extent to which that use conflicts with the Monetisation Terms.
These Monetisation Terms do not replace or modify any other Terms and Conditions of any agreement you have with Globees Ex, including but not limited to the Terms of Service, Advertising Policies, and all other Terms, Conditions, and Policies contained in the Globees Ex Terms (collectively referred to as the “Globees Ex Terms and Conditions”)

Globees Ex reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to monitor, audit, or otherwise update these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the Creator Tool, you are accepting those changes

By using Globees Ex's monetisation programme, creators agree to abide by these monetisation terms and conditions. It is the creator's responsibility to regularly review and stay informed about any updates or changes to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in payout restrictions, account suspension, ban or termination depending on the review and dispute resolution​
